Description
Because of Covid-19 summer activities, travel and outdoor activities have been limited around the world and especially in the United States. In this painting he is imagining what summer of 2020 would've looked like it it wasn't for covid-19. The painting is filled with whimsical, surreal characters and objects that come together in collage like composition and at the same time they are floating in space. The Characters and objects are placed are created in loose drawing/sketch style with vibrant colors and set in contract to the flat grey background which creates strong dynamic composition and contrast.
